Wow!
What a time we have had at the Harvest Mill! I can't say it's all
been fun, but it HAS been productive! 40 days prior to the elections,
we set ourselves to fast and pray together daily. People in the
congregation, and even kids, fasted meals or certain things like
sweets for 40 days while we met together for an hour or so each
evening to pray for our nation an seek God's hand over our country.
Since our weekly night service is on a Tuesday night, we broke our
fast on election night with an "eatin' meetin' ," set
up a giant computer screen and kept watch over the election results.
It was a good time of fellowship. Praise God for His hand upon our
nation!

We
welcong Josh and Jena Pantuso to The Harvest Mill. Josh is a big help
to the worship team, playing keyboard and guitar and a great asset
vocally. He's been producing his first CD at The Harvest Mill Recording
Studio, which should be released by spring or before. Josh and Jena
are hoth heavily involved in missions to Mexico and are expecting
their first baby in January. (Very busy people!) |

The
Sunday following Veteran's Day, we had a special service honoring
our troops, past and present. The kids did a couple of human videos
that left us all wiping our eyes. I tend to think our kids are the
greatest. Not because of what they can do, but because of who they
are! God is moving among us. It's not enough to satisfy us, but enough
to bless us, keep us encouraged, and make us hungry for more! We believe
that God has awesome things in store for His people in 2005... it
will not be without its struggles, but we will see God move! |
