Crystal was raised in the Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri. At age 8, Crystal committed her life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ; but it wasn’t until adulthood that she realized the awesome and unorthodox call He had placed on her life. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Crystal
began riding bulls and bareback horses in 1986 for the Professional
Women’s Rodeo Association. That year she was not only the Rookie of the
Year, but she was also invited to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas,
Nevada, to ride a bull during the crowning of Miss Rodeo America. |

During
this time, Crystal was introduced to
cowboy ministries. It was quickly realized that she had a niche to sing
and minister in a relatable way at western events. Over the next decade, Crystal recorded six CD’s, with many originals written by her. She also had a weekly television program, called, “Ready For The Finals.” |
