As A Man THINKS So Is He!
We are creators. 24/7 we are creating our surroundings and the state of our life by our thoughts, feelings, attitudes and constant inner dialogue. God built us this way. That’s why Proverbs 4:23 tells us to guard our heart ( ie, inner thoughts, emotions and imaginations), for out of it flow the issues (or quality) of life. To change your life you MUST change your thoughts. We cannot successfully pray for prosperity while feeling poor inwardly. Our thoughts, our inner belief cancels our words. You cannot attain outside what you have denied within. Jesus said it this way… "be it unto you according to your faith”, your inner belief. It’s imperative that we control our thought life to align with our desires, to see the manifestation of that desire! It’s spiritual LAW. This teaching will encourage you to take control of your inner thought life, and thus CHANGE YOUR LIFE in the process!
I AM... Say What?!!
What does your internal dialogue sound like? Hopeful? Fearful? Joyful? Depressed? Pay attention to what you’re listening to within your own heart. Jesus gives a CLEAR command in Mark 4:24 that whatever voices we are “giving weight” to, are measuring out what is being multiplied back to us. That doesn’t just include voices around us but also INTERNAL dialogue. What do you say about yourself? I am sick and tired of such n such, I am always broke, I am stupid, I am so frustrated, etc. etc. etc.
Did you not realize that us speaking of ourselves using the words “I am”…", that we are including the name of God within our declaration of ourselves? The DNA of God is literally within the DNA of every human, saved or unsaved. Science has discovered this truth. God is not broke, stupid, frustrated, sick or tired! When we speak this way outwardly OR inward, it makes no difference; we are blocking access of the Divine to flow through us. Amos 3:3… "how can two walk together except they be agreed.” These comments only scratch the surface. This teaching will open your eyes to a simple truth, that if activated into action will dramatically change your life!
We Are Here
Isaiah is an INCREDIBLY prophetic book. Obviously the exact descriptions of Jesus’ sacrifice was perfectly fulfilled approximately 2,000 years ag, and the prophecy of King Cyrus has been fulfilled in its first phase. First phase? Yes… many prophetic declarations have more than one fulfillment. Most of Isaiah’s prophecies have yet to be fully fulfilled. So… where are we NOW? I believe if you read the above 6 chapters in Isaiah prayerfully, you will see an amazingly accurate description of the days we are living in RIGHT NOW. Prophecies are being fulfilled right under our noses and it’s exciting to realize that fact.
If You Knew You Were Being Tested…….
If you knew you were being tested, you would give more attention and effort behind your decisions affecting your lifestyle. Like the king in II Kings 13:14-19 when the prophet told him to strike the ground, if he would have known it was a test that had huge consequences concerning the future of the entire nation… he would’ve acted differently! His response was pathetic and sadly the results for the nation was the same.
Just so… first and second Thessalonians gives clues to 3 divisions of people during the time of the Lord coming close, and releasing justice and rewards simultaneously world wide. What category of the 3 do you think you’re in? Wouldn’t you be interested in knowing key issues in this test, the consequences of failing and the rewards for passing?
PEARLS…Their Cost
Matt. 7:6 is an odd statement from Jesus about pearls; their value to Him and the opposing enemies they attract. Diving into this one element of Jesus’ teaching divulges a principle that we MUST know, and walk through victoriously to receive the promises we are called to possess! Without understanding this principle, a child of God can unknowingly forfeit their destiny’s fulfillment. But understanding this principle will fortify your resolve and actually give you PEACE, while you remain steady during times of intense pressure from the enemy of our souls.
